I was given Catherine's name by the Federation For Children With Special Needs in Boston.  I feel very fortunate to be working with her.  She has helped me become an advocate for my child.  I had so little understanding of Special Education and what my child was entitled to.  Thanks to her help my child now has the proper placement she needs and is being successful in school.

I have a fifth grader with special needs on an IEP. I was feeling very frustrated and overwhelmed with its ineffectiveness, when I had the pleasure of meeting Catherine. She listened to everything I had to say, as well as reading through my stack of records with precision. She was able to set up an achievable plan, to help my child succeed. She is so well versed in Special ED Basic Rights and laws, there was comfort for me at the IEP meeting. She is the voice I so desperately needed. She is truly an asset to her profession, and an angel for all the children and their families in need. Thank you again Catherine.

Sincerely, Sandra McManus

  1. My daughter has a hearing loss and she was rapidly falling behind her peers in her public pre-K class. After getting nowhere with our local public school IEP team I contacted Catherine.
Catherine is a very knowledgable advocate who definitely has a heart for this line of work. Catherine worked tirelessly on behalf of my daughter in order to get my child what she needed. Her knowledge in the Spec Ed laws and effective navigation of the IEP process helped to get the appropriate placement for my daughter that we could not obtain ourselves. Now my daughter is thriving at her new school and we are very grateful to Catherine for that.

  2. Catherine is an angel on earth. When she came into my families lives we needed her desperately. My daughters sophomore year she got bullied. She had severe anxiety to return to school her junior year. My daughter is a very hard worker who makes honor roll every term even though she has a learning disability and has been on special-education since kindergarten. The school would not compromise with us regarding her needs until Catherine came to a meeting with us. It was a complete turnaround. Catherine is very knowledgeable, comforting, and assertive if need be. Catherine knows the laws that we do not and makes sure our children get what they deserve. My daughter will be graduating in June! Thank you Catherine!!!!!! I cannot say enough in this testimonial about how fortunate we are to have Catherine. She is truly amazing!

  3. We were discouraged & frustrated parents, feeling unheard & overwhelmed. Exhaustion set in from perpetual disagreement with our school district's minimalistic IEP support. Desperate for help, we sought out Catherine. The kindness & understaning emitted from her voice during our first encounter, was just what we emotionally needed. Her vast knowledge of educational law & special education was impressive. She is an amazing advocate who performs with graceful expertise & determination. She has a passionate hunger for precisional IEP justice. Nothing gets by her! After numerous meetings & negotations holding the school to the highest standard, we now have three seamles s IEPs.
Our peace of mind is priceless. We regret not finding Catherine sooner!
Catherine, thank you for all you've done for our family. We are forever greatful to have you on this journey with us. Xoxox. Pelham, NH

  5. There are some alleged "criminal lawyers" who once in a long while, or never go to preliminary and are known as "settling lawyers".

  6. The opposite interaction (innovation developed to oblige a law or to work with its execution) is more intriguing.

  7. Besides, a criminal lawyer is just effective when they keep up with their soul and pride while assisting the client with battling for the right objective.
